Students will be plotting points in the coordinate plane (all 4 quadrants). You will need to place students in groups of 4 to complete this activity. There are 4 pages for each group: Partner A, Partner B, Partner C, and Partner D. Each student will plot the given points and connect them with a ruler. They will color the resulting image. Each student will cut out their graph and place it together with their group members to form a snowflake.
Each group will need markers, colored pencils, or crayons (light blue, dark blue, and purple), rulers, glue, and scissors.
After students construct the snowflakes, hang them up on your bulletin board!
