Solving One-Step Equations (Build a Monster) Activity

Students will be solving problems involving one-step equations. There are 12 task cards and 2 versions: (1) Negatives and (2) No Negatives. This activity works great in groups of 2-4. Students will draw a monster based off of their answers. Students love to compare their drawings with one another. You can laminate the task cards and use year after year.
