Capture the Turkeys Area of Polygons in the Coordinate Plane Plotting Points

In this activity, students will be helping the farmers capture their turkeys by plotting points in the coordinate plane. After plotting points, there will be polygons around the baskets. Students will calculate the area of each polygon in the coordinate plane. The polygons include a rectangle, square, triangle, parallelogram, and trapezoid.
