CLASSROOM DECOR

 

Currently I have math word walls for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade math!

I have a 6th grade math bundle that includes vocabulary bulletin board borders and a word wall!

 

I also have "I can..." bulletin board borders below!

I am obsessed with math borders, especially ones like these that have math concepts on them! I am going to have my students color and cut them on the first day of school then hang them up around my math word wall.

 

I am going to laminate the borders so that I can use them year after year!

INTERACTIVE NOTEBOOKS

 

 

These notebooks are absolutely amazing! Each notebook has a whole years worth of interactive notebook material that is very organized and engaging. It includes 2 pages for each concept. The first page is more aimed towards direct instruction / notes. The second page is "Your Turn". Students will apply their newly acquired knowledge to solve problems. After solving problems, they will rate themselves on how well they understand the concepts and write a reflection.

 

 

DIGITAL NOTEBOOKS

 

These notebooks are perfect for distance learning! There are many different ways that you can implement these notebooks into your classroom. You will be provided with a link that is 100% ready for students to get started on! The background is embedded except for the textboxes. This makes it very student friendly! In addition, I have provided 2 EDITABLE PowerPoints. The first one is the editable answer key and the second one is the editable student edition. You can add/delete pages or text!

 

ACTIVITIES BUNDLES

 

These bundles include card sort activities, dominoes activities, coloring worksheets, hidden message cut and paste activities, and so much more!

 

FOLDABLES

 

My foldables are very engaging and unique. Students can use my wheel foldables as handheld study tools or glue them in their math interactive notebook.

 

 

WARMUPS / BELLRINGERS

 

Each bundle includes 40 pages of warm-ups. These warmups will last for the entire year since there are roughly 37 weeks in a school year. Five of the 40 warm-ups include math brain teasers. A blank template and answer key is included!

 

PRACTICE WORKSHEETS

 

This is a whole years worth of practice worksheets. These worksheets are self assessing because they include a bubble-in area for the answer key.

 

HOMEWORK

 

Each math concept has two pages. The first page has around 5 problems. The second page has one problem where students need to find the mistake, create their own word problem, and write a reflection.

 

 

EXIT SLIPS

 

 

Each exit slip states the standard and objective. In addition, there is a place to write the score. This makes it easier for students to get feedback about their score. These exit slips are a great way to assess student's knowledge. Lastly, I included a blank exit slip template so that you can create your own exit slip.

 

ASSESSMENTS

 

 

Included is a pre-test, post-test, and vocabulary quiz for every math unit. The tests are aligned to CCSS and EDITABLE (Microsoft Word)!!! Hence, you can change any problem by adding more rigor or keeping it more simple to fit your classroom needs.

 

EARLY FINISHERS

These early finishers can be used when students finish a test early, on sub days, as homework, as warmups, and so much more! It includes NO PREP! Just print and go!
